Inside this 1930s semi are contemporary interiors with feature wallpaper, accent colours and co-ordinated furnishings.
At one end of the open-plan kitchen is a seating area where guests can socalise while their host is cooking. A feature wall and a chimney breast are painted in a dramatic plum shade to bring warmth to the grey and white open space.
The stained-glass windows on either side of the front door are the property’s original windows. The homeowner had a replica of the design made and fitted into a salvaged front door, bought from a local reclamation yard.
