For a property worth over £350k, you might just hope to buy a home with a little more than one room. But let's not forget - it's all about location. And that's how this tiny holiday chalet in St Ives has managed to gain a price tag of £350,000.

The Cabin is situated at Carbis Bay, St Ives, overlooking Porthkidney beach, and is currently for sale through estate agent and auctioneers Miller Countrywide.

The to-die-for views have made this cabin a popular holiday rental, with a week here costing over £900 in the summer, and the cabin is being sold with over £14,000 in future bookings with Boutique Retreats for the holiday season.

But if the lucky buyer plans on making this a more permanent home, they'll have to be prepared to downsize before moving in.

The cabin has a downstairs living area, kitchen and space for a small dining table and chairs. This leads out on to a deck where you can take in the beautiful views and sea air.

The bedroom is simply a sleeping platform on a mezzanine level, so it's what you might call cosy.

'The Cabin is one of a kind. It's nestled on a cliff face at Hawkes Point overlooking the gorgeous Porthkidney beach,' says Lucy Turner from Miller Countrywide.

'Inside it's beautifully snug and there's a decking area overlooking the beach with views you just won't find anywhere else,' says Lucy.
