No pork, no visitors and a £15 charge for leaving dishes in the sink - think you're a stickler for a tidy house? One landlord's outrageous list of demands goes viral

Gobsmacked house hunter, Laura Evelyn took to Twitter to share the bizarre list of house rules which includes a limit of 15 minutes in the shower and a 30 minute time limit for cooking meals

When Laura Evelyn went to view a property she had no idea she would be presented with a list of outrageous demands from her prospective landlord.

The extensive list, which contains 31 rules for the house,
including one which prohibits overnight guests staying (unless
discussed with the landlord two weeks in advance), was given to Laura
after her first viewing.

The extensive list, which contains 31 rules for the house, including one which prohibits overnight guests staying (unless discussed with the landlord two weeks in advance), was given to Laura after her first viewing.

Another rule insists that tenants are only allowed in the kitchen when they are cooking, eating or washing up. After this they are forced go straight back to their room.

Cooking time must not exceed 30 minutes and if doors are not kept open during food preparation, 'a charge will be added to your rent for new wallpaper.'

And if that wasn't enough, showers are only allowed for 15 minutes between the hours of 6-10 AM and 7-11 PM. Wow, and we thought we were a bit OCD!

Not surprisingly, Laura was amazed by the demanding list, handed to her as she was leaving the property. So she decided to do what any normal person would - share it on Twitter! Since then the list had gone viral, and Laura's even appeared in a spoof video making fun of the situation.
