Actress and Dancing on Ice star Pamela Anderson - who has been plagued by money worries - looks set to make a tidy £4m profit on the Malibu home she bought in 2000
She’s rumoured to be in trouble with the tax man but £4 million should go some way to alleviating Pamela Anderson’s money worries.
The actress, who made her name donning the iconic red Baywatch swimsuit in the 1990s, has listed her eco-friendly Malibu mansion for sale for more than £5 million after snapping it up for just over £1 million back in 2000.
The stunning property was originally built by architect, Phillip Vertoch in the 1950s but has been given an extensive minimalist makeover by Pammy with the help of interior designer, Josh Chryssanthou.
The sun-drenched 2,742 square foot home now features solar panelling and has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a sun terrace, sauna, swimming pool and a home cinema as well as stunning views of the Californian countryside.
Pamela had previously called the property her ‘masterpiece’ and is rumoured to have spent millions of pounds upgrading it over the years.
According to the listing information on Trulia.com, ‘this amazing home will awaken your senses and allow you to reconnect with nature while enjoying one of the finest homes Malibu has to offer.
‘Walking distance from all things Malibu, this finely crafted, teak-sided home is perfect for those wanting to enjoy quiet bach days while being close to the action’.
The Dancing on Ice star had originally tried to rent the property out back in 2011 for a rather hefty £50,000 a month, but has now decided to sell amid rumours she may be moving back to her Canadian hometown of Ladysmith.
