We’ve been duped! Kardashians show off fake houses on reality show to avoid crazed fans and ‘security’ issues

It was recently revealed that Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner's homes were not the real properties used on Keeping Up With The Kardashians

Kris, Kim and Kourtney - they're all at it.. In the last couple of weeks it has emerged that the Kardashian and Jenner homes featured in the hit reality TV show, Keeping up with the Kardashians are fake!

Hollywood property agents were the first to smell a rat when they realised the Jenner's California mansion was on the market.

But guess what? The house looks completely different inside. Kris Jenner's monochrome hallway and bright white kitchen were nowhere to be seen; instead the interior featured traditional swags and tails, huge chandeliers and plenty of wood!

Used for the exterior shots of the Jenner family home, the house hit the market at £3.7million.

It's even located in Studio City, miles away from their actual neighbourhood, in the affluent community of Calabasas.

And that's not all, last week Kim admitted that her plush pad is also not the real exterior featured in the show. Kim is understood to have defended her decision, saying the fake exterior was used for 'security reasons'.

Speaking to Mobio INsider, Kim said: 'My old home in Beverly Hills was really my home and I would get
people showing up at all hours ringing my gate and had to call the
police on several occasions.'

Having already been accused of failing to use the real exterior of her
own home, the star's sister Kourtney and her partner Scott are the
latest couple in the family to have allegedly used a fake house.

Kourtney and Scott's Calabasas home is reportedly completely different to the home they recently sold.

So whilst we want to believe that everything on the show is real we've now got hard evidence to prove otherwise (and let's not forget the Christmas episode which was filmed in the summer!). What do you reckon, do you think they've duped us enough?
