Below are the terms and conditions for the Country Days newsletter comeptition to win a gardening day for one, plus meal for two at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons

Terms & Conditions

By signing up to the Country Post newsletter before 24th August 2014, you will be automatically entered into the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons competition. One prize winner will spend a day accompanying the gardening team at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons kitchen gardens, followed by a five-course evening meal for two, including selected wines, at the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons restaurant. Any optional extras are the responsibility of the prize winner and must be paid for upon departure. The prize is valid from Monday to Friday only and must be redeemed and fulfilled before 31st October 2014. Prize is as stated, is not transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for the cost of travel to and from Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. Normal IPC competition rules apply. Entry available to all mainland UK and ROI residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, IPC Media, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the competition. Prize draw closes at midnight on 24th August 2014. If you sign up to the newsletter after this date, you will not be entered into the prize draw, but you will be subscribed to the Country Post newsletter. Use of a false name or email address will result in disqualification. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries. Winner will be notified by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or cannot comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will cooperate with any other reasonable requests by IPC relating to any post-winning publicity. The promoters reserve the right to amend, hold, void, suspend or cancel the competition at any time where it is reasonable to do so and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete or not received for any reason. The decision of the judges is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
