Simple Solutions: How to make guilt-free flavoured water

Try one of these delicious flavoured water combinations.
Chop several limes into slices and mix with rosemary. Add raspberries (mash them together with a fork for maximum flavour). Cover with water.
Peel cucumber and place in a jug, chop a lemon and break up a few mint leaves. Tip the jug with sparklingly water for a refreshing taste.
Chop strawberries into large pieces and place in a jug. Add plenty of basil leaves and fill with water. Mix well to blend the flavours
