Wakey wakey! Online tool reveals how much of your life you’ve spent sleeping

Feeling snoozy? Those eyes will be wide open when you find out how many years, days and hours you've spent in the land of nod...

If you don’t want to know how much of your life you’ve spent sleeping then you may want to turn over, close your eyes and doze off again.

A new online tool is offering people an insight into just how big a part sleep has played in their lives. The Your Life Asleep tool is the brainchild of UK interior design company Hillarys.

Use it to discover how long you’ve spent dreaming, how many calories you’ve burned and how that time compares to other impressive achievements, such as building the Eiffel Tower or writing War and Peace. You may prefer not to know…

‘It’s so interesting to see just how long we’ve spent snoring, particularly how many hundreds of hours we’ve dreamed about money, sex and falling,’ says Hillarys’ Helen Turnbull. Well, speak for yourself, Helen…

Dream subjects…

Calory count…

What I could have been doing…

Might as well give up now. Sweet dreams…
