With all the recent press coverage about the health benefits of gardening, we thought we'd put together a selection of our favourite feel-good country gardens to inspire you to get outside and transform your own plot and boost your wellbeing in the process!

Gardening is known to have huge benefits to health and wellbeing, whether it’s the physical exercise you gain from tending your plants, or the personal satisfaction of growing your first tomato. Today horticulture as therapy is becoming widely accepted with studies claiming it can alleviate stress, anger and even mental health problems.
