If you’re a fan of Pantone mugs, you’ll definitely be a fan of the graphic design-inspired prints and stationery from Nottingham-based Lane.

Ex-graphic designers Joff and Ollie (they don’t appear to have last names) have turned their hands to producing hand-pulled screen prints and notebooks, with cushions and lampshades to be added to their range this autumn.

Lane’s notebooks (£8 each) use sustainable paper made by one of the oldest remaining paper mills in the country and are designed with plain, unmarked pages and rounded corners on the trimmed edge so that they slip into a pocket easily without catching on your clothing.

You’ll also adore the company’s screen prints, such as the bestselling red-and-blue World Map, which will be available in other colours for this season, and the bold, graphic Swimming Blue.

All prints are £55 and their simple, clean lines and dynamic colours will bring a touch of graphic flair to any home.

Guaranteed to impress your graphic-designer friends – especially if you hang them above your colour-coordinated bookshelves and surround them with plenty of white space.
