Livingetc celebrates its 15th birthday in style!

To mark its coming of age, the modern interiors bible pulls out all the stops in April's special anniversary edition

Not being the type to hide our light under a bushel (especially if it’s an Anglepoise), Livingetc is switching on the style for the magazine’s 15th birthday.

The New Kid on the Interiors Block: Livingetc March 1998

This month, we’ve had a sneek peak inside the Long Island home of one of Madonna’s producers, so if you feel the need to Express Yourself, there’s plenty of ideas here to steal.

We’ve also explored our material side by unveiling the latest colour trends in fabrics and wallpapers, gone native in the jungle to pick up on khaki hues and camouflage stripes, and headed out on a style safari to uncover hand-crafted treasures from across the globe.

Cover to cover – the only way to read the magazine

Once we got back, the Livingetc team got down to practicalities, researching a host of manageable solutions for radical home improvements, ranging from the latest kitchen kit and tile updates to step-by-step guides for revamping bathrooms and framing and hanging pictures.

Sassy and sophisticated: Livingetc April 2013

We always find time for shopping, sourcing the latest products and accessories that make a house a home. Oh, and we also looked back on Livingetc‘s hits and misses, bringing you the highs and (very few) lows of the magazine’s history.

And what’s the secret of our success? Why, never acting our age, of courseā€¦ cheers!
