New pictures have emerged showing the dramatic rebuild of the Kimye mansion in Bel Air worth a staggering £7 million
Reality star Kim Kardashian and her musician fiancé Kanye West are turning their Bel Air mansion into a luxury pad complete with gold-plated toilets, Swarovski-encrusted appliances and silk beds!
But despite their lavish plans, the latest pictures of the 9,000 square feet Bel Air home show a different story.
The house has
been completely stripped and gutted – and the outside, which was yellow
just two months ago, is now open to the elements.
In the last series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim revealed that she, fiancé Kanye West and baby North were hoping to move in to their £7 million LA mansion in the summer of 2014.
However, as these pictures reveal, the property is looking well and truly derelict and far from it’s scheduled completion, just six months away.
Fans of the glam couple were offered a sneak peak of their £7 million
dream home as construction began on it in a trailer for the new series
of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Apparently there were issues with the electricity, water and heating
in the house and workers had to to completely rewire the property adding yet more work to the massive project.
The couple, who welcomed baby North West earlier this year,
reportedly shelled out over £457,000 on four gold-plated toilets, nearly £600,000 on Electrolux appliances, and they even ordered a
Swarovski-encrusted fridge and freezer!
And that’s not all! Recent
reports suggest that Kimye have spent over £600,000 on six special edition luxury
beds covered in gold silk.
The couple’s home will also include a hair and makeup salon, a bowling
alley, both indoor and outdoor pools, a basketball court, a cinema room and a gym.
