For the fourth time, Ikea is working in collaboration with social entrepreneurs in India, to help rural communities of women create sustainable livelihoods. This year, the collaboration has designed the Hemtrakt collection, which features a limited-edition range of woven baskets and fabrics in a dainty blue pattern. Taking place country-wide, in regions such as Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, it promotes sustainability, ethically sourced materials and independence in female communities.
