7 girls’ bedrooms fit for a princess
As royal baby fever takes hold, we find some fab rooms we think Princess Charlotte would love
If you've been waiting excitedly for news of the arrival of the royal baby, you are most definitely not alone. Here at Housetohome, we are absolutely delighted about the birth of beautiful Princess Charlotte at the weekend. And to celebrate such a happy occasion, we thought we'd put together a selection of girls' bedrooms that we're sure (or hope) the newest royal would love.
1 This room's girly pink scheme is so lovely that we are tempted to decorate in this style ourselves. A slanted ceiling is just about the most exciting thing for a child - it's like camping, but you can do it every night of the week.
2 There are lots of cool features here - the chandelier, the large wall clock and ‘princess' bunting add a fun, but regal, feel.
3 Toys have been given pride of place, but the neutral scheme keeps it looking uncluttered. So cute.
4 Add a little bling with diamond-shaped wallpaper.
5 Pretty florals, bright pinks and faux-fur combine to create a gorgeously eclectic look.
6 Every child loves a rocking horse. This one goes perfectly with the neutral décor, too!
