Location, Location, Location star Phil will be answering your questions in a live Twitter Q&A on the @Housetohome (opens in new tab) account.
Whether you have a DIY dilemma, you're thinking of moving and not sure where to start or have a burning question about one of Phil's many fantastic shows, you can ask #AskPhil during our Q&A between 1pm and 2pm.
Phil, Brought to you by Rated People (opens in new tab) will be online during the hour to discuss everything property related.
With his expert property credentials - and his impeccable ability to understand what families and house hunters and buyers want and need - he's the perfect person to advise on any DIY and property queries.
So if you're baffled by beams, confused about carpets or terrified about choosing the wrong tradesperson for work, send your questions our way and Phil will use his expert knowledge to answer them.
