Changing Klums: supermodel Heidi bids byedi-byedi to $25 million mansion. Any takers?
She’s one of the smartest and savviest of the supermodels, with hosting, judging and producer credits on major global television franchises to her name. Now Heidi Klum is putting her real estate hat on and flipping her Brentwood County Estate mansion
From Sports Illustrated cover star and favourite face (and body) at Victoria's Secret to host of the long-running Project Runway and recent addition to the America's Got Talent judging roster, Heidi Klum is one busy little supermodel.
Add designing a range for New Balance and raising the four children she has with singer Seal and it would be fair to say that the German-born Klum probably doesn't have a lot of time to make optimal use of the 12,300-square-foot Tuscan-style villa she bought in 2010.
So on the market it goes, with a $25 million price tag.
******
Among the amenities set on the almost 8.5-acre plot are (and these are
just the highlights): eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms (one with a tub with
Pacific Ocean views), infinity-edge pool, koi pond, golf putting green
and driving range, hiking trails and a children's playhouse. I am
exhausted just writing the list - I imagine trying to walk the grounds
would give me a heart attack.
Nonetheless, as Heidi downsizes, this is the perfect opportunity for
someone else to up-size (or is it 'super-size'?) and take advantage of
all this property has to offer.
Dig deep for that $25 million and a
little slice of the Heidi lifestyle could be yours. Jealous, us? Never!
