Before and after: You won't believe this jaw-dropping bathroom makeover
From dilapidated to delightful, see how two small rooms were transformed into a family bathroom…
The before
Faced with a small existing bathroom and a pokey obsolete study, the owners of this home opted to knock through and create a space that worked for their family of four.
The after
The new bathroom was designed to be a light, bright space with a blend of modern style and country touches – the finished room looks amazing!
To maximise light and space, the owners opted for a large glass shower cubicle, a wall-mounted vanity unit and a mirrored wall cabinet for extra storage.
Creating a dream space
Before the owners began working on the room, they visited a number of showrooms to get a clear idea of what they wanted. After deciding on a neutral scheme, to prevent the room feeling stark, they opted for sage green accent tiles and wood-effect tile flooring for a modern country vibe.
