CarpetRight launch ‘exterior carpet’, an artificial grass set to be the must-have accessory for your garden
CarpetRight launch the first carpet for your garden... But you won't have to hoover this one
Forget lush natural grass, the latest trend for artifical turf shows no signs of slowing down and now one of Britian's biggest carpet retailers has jumped on the bandwagon!
CarpetRight has launched it own 'exterior carpet' (that's artificial grass to you and me!) which aims to take the hassle out of maintaining your lawn.
This green blanket of astro turf is designed to look, lush, healthy and above all, realistic.
Astro turf has long been associated with football pitches or crazy golf parks, but now, due to a rise in popularity, it is being used in back gardens across the UK.
The grass is available in five different varieties of colour, texture and tone depending on whether you prefer the pastures of the Peak District or the grassy dunes of the South Downs.
Prices range from £9.99 - £29.99 per square metre so it's a bit of an investment. But if you we swap Sundays spent mowing, pest controlling and irrigating the grass in favour of sunbathing and sipping cocktails, we are in.
