What is the return policy at Boots?
You can return or exchange products for free for up to 35 days after you’ve received them. Remember that the items have to be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all tags intact. After the return is processed, the Boots Advantage Card points earned on that order will be deducted from your account. Unless faulty, Boots will not accept returns for medicine, food, baby milk, and personalised gifts made to order.

Boots Advantage Card: Collect 3 points for every £1 spent at Boots. You can sign up for an Advantage Card online, or ask to have it made in-store too. When you first sign up, you will get an extra 10% off on your first purchase over £25. We recommend downloading the Boots app where you can track your points and browse new, app-exclusive beauty and health offers.
Student Discount: All students get a 10% discount at Boots on almost everything. Students have to sign up to the Boots Advantage Card first, and head into the store to confirm their status with the Student ID. Once the membership is approved, students can shop 10% off, and enjoy exclusive student offers.
Parenting Club: Boots offer a special rewards program for all parents of kids under 5. You can sign up to the program on Boots website. You will get a free gift, and can enjoy as much as 8 points per £1 spent on baby products at Boots. You can also enjoy exclusive offers, parenting advice and events, as well as more free gifts throughout these key formative years for your baby via the Parenting Club.
Over 60s Rewards: You can collect as much as 8 points with every £1 spent at Boots when you are aged 60 or over. You can claim exclusive offers and invites to in-store events too. When you collect 300 points, you will get a free hearing check at Boots. You can also book an eye test appointment with a 10% discount - just head to the store first to prove your age and enjoy your savings!

Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).
