Does Panda offer free delivery?
Yes. At Panda, you'll get free delivery on every order of £30 or more. For mattress deliveries, you'll receive a 2-hour time slot on the day of delivery. Next-day delivery is also available if you'd prefer a more speedy delivery option.
Can I get a first order discount code at Panda?
There isn't a Panda welcome offer available at this time. Customers can still save when they shop using one of our verified Panda discount codes updated regularly on this page.
What is the guarantee at Panda?
At Panda London, all mattresses, toppers, and pillows have a 10-year guarantee. Duvets have a 5-year guarantee, and mattress protectors have a 2-year guarantee.
What is the Panda London returns policy?
Panda London has a 100-night trial, which means you can try out your mattress before you commit. If you change your mind, you'll need to fill out the Panda online returns form to start the returns process. For regular purchases, you'll have up to 30 days to return your order.

Free 30-day Trial: You can try Panda’s quality sleep products for 30 nights for free. When you try Panda’s bamboo pillows, mattress toppers, or bedding sets, you can try them for 30 days. If you’d like to return your purchase after 30 days, Panda will be happy to help. With the Panda Hybrid-Bamboo mattress, you can even have a 100-day trial. More time for you to decide, and better sleep at night.

How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

How do we make money?
