What are the delivery options at Pro Breeze?
All orders will be sent with free delivery at Pro Breeze. Once your order is dispatched, it will arrive in 2 working days. You can change your delivery date or preferences by following the link in your confirmation email.
Does Pro Breeze have an NHS discount?
Pro Breeze does not currently offer any specific discount codes for NHS staff. You can still save on Pro Breeze orders by using one of our Pro Breeze discount codes or signing up for the newsletter to occasionally get 10% off your next order.
Can I get a student discount at Pro Breeze?
At this time, there are no student discounts at Pro Breeze. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know here right away. However, students can still save on air conditioning and home tech with a Pro Breeze discount code or by reading our expert savings advice.
Does Pro Breeze have a warranty?
Every product purchased from a Pro Breeze official distributor has a 12-month warranty. This means Pro Breeze will repair or replace any products damaged from improper material or workmanship. For extra protection, you can purchase a 3-year protection plan.
What is the returns policy at Pro Breeze?
Returns can be made to Pro Breeze by informing the customer service team within 14 days of your purchase. After this, you will have another 14 days to return your product. Your item should be unused, with no signs of damage, and include all parts for a complete refund.

Shop the Outlet: Go to the dedicated ‘Outlet’ section of the Pro Breeze website for savings on refurbished products. Each refurbished product has a limited-time warranty and is in excellent condition. From radiators to dehumidifiers, we’ve seen strong savings across popular products here.
Energy Savings: Think energy-smart with your next Pro Breeze product. Pro Breeze ensures that many of its products are aimed to be as effective as possible – including with energy spending. For example, an air fryer is a smart way to cut costs over oven cooking.
How to use your Pro Breeze discount code:
- Look through our Pro Breeze discount codes and choose one best suited to your order.
- Click the ‘get discount’ button.
- Continue to the Pro Breeze website and start shopping.
- When you’re done, click the trolly icon in the top right corner to go to the checkout page.
- At the checkout, find the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field.
- Copy and paste your code into this box.
- Click ‘Apply’ and watch your total be updated.
How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.
We also have a Copywriting team who update the FAQs, Hints & Tips and Buyers Guides sections with additional information on how you can save money at each retailer, alongside answering other queries you may have.
What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).
