Do Dusk discount codes work on sale items?
Sometimes Dusk promotes discount codes specifically for sale lines, like an extra 15% off sale. Other times, the codes are for full-price items only. Check the terms and conditions of the offer before you head to the checkout page so you know exactly what you can use it on.
Does Dusk offer a sleep trial?
You can purchase your new mattress from Dusk with peace of mind as the retailer offers a 100-Night Sleep Trial, so you have heaps of time to decide whether it's your dream mattress. If you decide it's not right for you, get in touch with the customer service team at 0113 519 0311. Bear in mind, there's a collection fee of £39.99.
Does Dusk offer free delivery?
Dusk does offer free delivery on all small items over £50. Small items include bedding, curtains, stools, storage baskets, towels and accessories. Any small item orders under £50 cost £3.99, while if you would like next-day delivery the fee comes to £4.99.
Large items like mattresses, beds, and sofas, require a two-man delivery and cost £12.99 to deliver, with Dusk aiming to offer a delivery slot within 5 working days of your order.
How long does Dusk delivery take?
The Dusk standard delivery service typically takes between 3 and 5 working days, but expect larger items to take longer. Once your larger item is in stock, Dusk will dispatch your order within 48 hours and send you an email confirming that it’s on the way. Their 2-man delivery company will then contact you with a provisional delivery date which requires confirmation when prompted via SMS. Do bear in mind that if the delivery slot is not confirmed, your delivery will unfortunately not take place. The service can deliver any day between Monday and Friday, and to your room of choice, provided it's no more than three levels up (sofa beds can only be delivered to the ground floor).
Is there a Dusk student discount?
Dusk does offer a student discount and graduate discount in association with Student Beans. The discount is an extra 15% off bedding orders over £50. To get your unique discount code, head over to the Student Beans website and verify your student status for free.
Is there a Dusk NHS discount?
In partnership with Blue Light Card, Dusk offers NHS, emergency services, armed forces and social care workers an exclusive 10% discount. If you work in one of these industries, you need to become a Blue Light Card member which costs £4.99 for a 2 year membership and grants you access to loads of discounts.
What’s the returns policy at Dusk?
If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return your items you have 28 days from the day you received your order to return any items back to Dusk to process your refund. For hygiene purposes, your return items must be unused and in their original packaging. Exchanges are unavailable – you will have to return your item and then place a new order.

How to use your Dusk promo code
- Choose the Dusk voucher code that best applies to the products you wish to buy, or how much you want to spend on the website, whether that’s money off during a sale or a unique deal for certain items.
- Click the ‘Get Discount’ button under the discount title. There will be a pop-up with your code, which will also contain a link to the official Dusk website.
- When you’re on the Dusk website, find the items that you want to buy and add them to your bag. Whenever you do this you will get a pop-up reminding you what you have in your checkout area and the total price.
- When you’re ready to use your Dusk discount code, click the trolley in the right-hand corner and then click ‘checkout’ on the pop-up.

How do we make money?
