When she first moved in Sarah’s kitchen was dated, with melamine units. She spent some time designing a new layout herself before getting new units fitted.

Dining area
The open-plan seating area makes for very sociable dinner parties in Sarah's dining area. She buys most of her furniture second-hand and picked up this farmhouse dining table for just £10.50 on eBay!

Conservatory
Group objects such as decorative plates on a wall like Sarah has done in her conservatory for a fab focal point. She has learned how to knit and sew so she can tackle lots of craft projects around her home.

Kitchen dresser
Sarah's home is full of furniture, such as this dresser, that she has revamped. She painted the dresser and gave it a distressed finish. The tea set was passed down from a family member.
