Home exchanges are becoming ever more popular thanks to websites such as Home Exchange.com Back in 2006 when Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz swapped their homes in 'The Holiday' home exchange was a relatively unknown entity. Now thousands of householders are finding they can enjoy a wonderful holiday for next to nothing.
All you need do is spend some time listing your property - with photos and a description including local advice on what attractions are in your area - then find a property that takes your fancy and start negotiating for an exchange.
