Take a tour around a curvy beech kitchen

The middle peninsula has a hob that can be accessed from either side and an extractor hood above to whisk away cooking odours. Roman blinds in bright fabric add a splash of colour to the scheme.

A mixture of acrylic resin and mineral fillers, Hi-Macs acrylic stone surfaces are a hard-wearing alternative to quartz or natural stone. Hi-Macs is also resistant to stains, is hygienic and can be cut to any shape to suit the kitchen.

4/7 Peninsula

Sweeping the peninsula out into the living area has given the kitchen extra workspace, as well as a display area and a sociable space for guests to gather around.

5/7 Curved cupboards

The top edges of the beech doors have been shaped to form fingerpulls, removing the need for handles, which would have been awkward to fit on curved cabinetry. These smart corner cupboards ensure not an inch of storage space is wasted.

6/7 Sink area

This sink has been moulded from the same acrylic stone as the worktop but in white, giving a seamless and hygienic finish. A monobloc tap in a subtle Silk Steel finish tones with the matt look of the surfaces, while carved drainer grooves prevent excess water from sitting on the worktop.
