Simple Solutions: Mulled cider sachets for Christmas
Ideal Home shows you how to make your own mulling sachets for hot cider, to give as gifts or enjoy at home this Christmas
Cut two circles from a length of muslin. Each should be about 15cm in diameter.
Add a crumbled chunk of cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom pods and whole cloves and black peppercorns.
Bundle and twist and tie each one with baker’s twine. Place in a jar and tie with thin ribbon ready to give as a gift…
… or add to hot cider and enjoy!
