Spring is one of the best seasons for cooking seasonally - fruit tastes sweet again and there's ample colour in our food, which is inspiring me to hunker down in my kitchen and spend more time hosting at home. However, this poses a fresh issue in my life; my kitchen needs a facelift.
It feels tired and uninspiring after the winter months so I'm looking for ways to freshen up the appearance of my space and the quality of my kitchenware without eating into my 'fun budget' - luckily, the Dunelm spring sale has the answer.
The sun has shone an unforgiving light on the scratches on my kitchen cabinets and floors, which is why this Rust-Oleum paint and peel-and-stick floor tiles caught my eye for an affordable weekend DIY project. Updating some of my most-used kitchenware is also giving my kitchen a fresh look, and the sale has great discounts on Smeg and decorative art pieces.
Whether you need an update on some of your kitchen sink essentials or you're looking for paint to refresh your kitchen ideas, the Dunelm spring sale is the best place to start.

After starting out her journey at Future as a Features Editor on Top Ten Reviews, Holly is now a Content Editor at Ideal Home, writing about the very best kitchen and bathroom designs and buys. At Top Ten Reviews, she focussed on TikTok viral cleaning hacks as well as how to take care of investment purchases such as lawn mowers, washing machines and vacuum cleaners. Prior to this, Holly was apart of the editorial team at Howdens which sparked her interest in interior design, and more specifically, kitchens (Shaker is her favourite!).
