Is delivery free from Darlings of Chelsea?
No, there is a standard delivery charge of £75 for mainland UK orders. Delivery takes up to 14 days to arrive, unless it's a bespoke product in which case it will take longer. We occasionally offer free delivery discount codes so it's worth checking our available codes to help you save.
Are Darlings of Chelsea sofas guaranteed?
All Darlings of Chelsea sofas and sofa beds come with a 10-year guarantee that covers the furniture frame if it warps or there is structural damage. All other furniture from the brand comes with a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee.
Does Darlings of Chelsea offer interest-free credit?
Yes, a 0% credit scheme is available (subject to approval) for purchases over £1,000, with a 10% deposit paid. This can be applied for online.
What is the returns policy at Darlings of Chelsea?
Customers have 14 days to inspect their furniture to ensure it meets requirements. If it does not, they need to inform the company within 14 days, and then have a further 14 days in which to return it. Bed mattresses (excluding sofa bed mattresses) can be returned within 100 days. Bespoke orders qualify for a refund that’s 45% of the purchase price.
