Are B&Q discounts the same online as in-store?
Discounts may vary from store to store and on the website. It's worth checking online and at your local store for the latest details and to make sure you get the best deal.
How much does B&Q delivery cost?
B&Q offer standard delivery, large delivery and bulk delivery services. Standard delivery is £6 for orders under £75 and free for orders over £75. For orders containing larger items standard delivery is £12, free for orders over £350. A delivery charge of £50 will apply to kitchen orders placed in-store that are over £1000.
Does B&Q do click and collect?
Yes - you choose and pay for your items online, then pick them up free of charge from your nominated B&Q store. It is a free 1 hour Click + Collect service – place an order within an hour of the store closing, and your items will be available the next day.
What’s B&Q’s returns policy?
You can return your B&Q purchase, in its original condition, within 90 days. You’ll need your receipt, order confirmation or sales invoice to claim your refund. B&Q do not offer refunds or exchanges on products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed (i.e. colour matched paint) to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable products such as plants or turf are also excluded unless they’re faulty or incorrectly delivered.
Does B&Q do installations?
Yes, the team at B&Q can install your new bathroom, kitchen or bedroom. Start your installation process by having a free consultation (online or in-store). Then your installer will visit your property and complete a survey. Once that's complete, you'll get a quote and you'll then be able to book your delivery and installation date.
How can I contact B&Q customer service?
B&Q’s customer support advisers are available on 0333 014 3098 or via Live Chat on the website from 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. There is also a contact form on the B&Q website if you don’t need an urgent response.
Does B&Q do NHS discount?
B&Q doesn't currently offer an exclusive NHS discount. However, as well as B&Q promo codes, there are other ways to easily pick up a bargain at the store. There are sales throughout the year, multi-buy deals and discounts when you join the B&Q Club.

Sign up to the B&Q Club: Receive offers, rewards and benefits by email when you become a member. As soon as you join you’ll get your first voucher offering £5 off when you spend £30 or more. Members will receive regular discount vouchers via email, exclusive offers and previews and a 10% discount on key-cutting in-store.
Visit the B&Q Offers page: Head to the Offers tab where you’ll find all the latest online offers across many categories, from bathrooms to plants, most for 20% off or more. These offers are time-limited, so if you see a deal you like, don’t hang around. You should also check out the Clearance tab for all products that are currently on sale or available for a limited period at a reduced price.
Follow on social: B&Q’s Instagram includes a highlights section detailing the latest offers. If you follow, you’ll also be the first to hear of B&Q competitions where you can save money or win vouchers. There are also regular offers shared on the B&Q Facebook page.

How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. The codes and offers are checked regularly to ensure they’re still live and working, and new deals are added multiple times a week, keeping the offer list fresh.
Alongside this, we have a Commercial team that works with the brands to secure exclusive discount codes. An exclusive code is an offer agreed upon by the brand that is the best in the market, it’s normally a limited-time-only offer so it’s worth snapping up when you see it.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?
Although we have eyes on the pages checking the codes and offers are working, sometimes they expire early or the details change suddenly. If you do find a code that doesn’t work or an offer has expired, please feel free to get in contact and let us know at vouchers.idealhome@futurenet.com.
How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page. If you then buy something, we get a commission from the purchase. A commission is a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent on your item(s).
