What are the Homebase delivery charges?
The cost of delivery depends on the size of your item. For smaller items, delivery is £6, larger items are £20, and bulkier items are £30. These prices only apply between Monday and Saturday. You can also choose to have your items delivered to your local store for free.
When is the next Homebase sale?
You can regularly find deals, sales, and discounts when you scroll down the Homebase homepage. With regular savings here and on key sales dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, and summer, you can get everything you need without overspending.
Is there a Homebase first order discount?
Yes, you can save on your first Homebase order. All you need to do is sign up for the Homebase newsletter and a 10% off code will be sent to your email address that you can use to lower the cost of your first purchase.
Does Homebase offer student discount?

What is the Homebase returns policy?
If you would like to return your Homebase order, you have up to 30 days of receipt to do so. All returned items must be in a resaleable condition with all the relevant packaging intact. Please note that your refund will arrive in your account.

How to use Homebase discount codes
- Select your Homebase promo code of choice and click the ‘Get Discount’ button.
- A pop-up should open. If applicable, click the code and copy it to your clipboard, otherwise just click the labelled button to take you straight to Homebase’s website.
- Add your items of choice to your basket.
- Click the shopping basket icon at the top right-hand corner of the website. Scroll down to your ‘Order Summary’ and you should see a box to enter your discount code.

How do we make money?
