Does Dreams offer free delivery?
Dreams offer a free standard delivery method on all UK orders with no minimum spend. Delivery is from Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, and you can choose a two-hour delivery window that works best for you.
How long does delivery from Dreams take?
Furniture orders from Dreams are usually delivered within 8-10 weeks. Your furniture will be delivered to your room of choice, your Dreams purchase will be fully assembled, and all the packaging will be taken away. Bedding and accessories are delivered by a regular courier service, usually within 5 working days of the order being placed. So if you order a mattress and any soft items like duvets and pillows at the same time, you’ll receive these separately.
Does Dreams offer a student discount?
Dreams offer a 10% student discount so you don't have to worry about going over your student budget. To enjoy your discount simply verify your student status on the Student Beans website and you will receive your Dreams promo code right away.
What is the Dreams 100-night guarantee?
The 100-Night Comfort Guarantee means you have 100 days to make sure your new mattress is the right fit for you. If you opt to change your purchase, you can exchange it for a mattress of the same value. Please note that if you choose to exchange your mattress for a more expensive one, you will need to pay the difference. It also required that you give the mattress at least 30 days before you apply for an exchange. The collection of your prior mattress and the delivery of your new one will incur a cost of £49.
Does Dreams offer free returns?
Dreams are not currently offering free returns. You have 14 working days from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange, but there will be a collection fee of £38 to pay. All items must be in their original packaging and free of any defects to be accepted for a return.

How do we source promo codes and deals?
We have an Offers team that sources codes and deals from affiliate networks and from researching the web. The codes are tested to see if they work and then added to the retailer pages, alongside sales, multi-buy deals, friend referral discounts and newsletter sign-up deals. What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

How do we make money?
When you click one of our offer links, a unique identifier is added that lets the retailer know that you’ve come from our Ideal Home discount code page.
