Does Dunelm offer free delivery?
Start shopping Dunelm home products to get free delivery on orders of £49 or more. This excludes large items or furniture. At the checkout, you will be given an approximate delivery date. If your order is less than £49, then standard delivery costs £3.49.
How much does Dunelm furniture cost to be delivered?
Larger items naturally incur a bigger delivery fee. To have items such as furniture delivered, there will be a fee of £9.95 to be added to your order and it will reach you between Monday and Saturday, 7 am to 8 pm.
When is the next Dunelm sale?

What is the return policy at Dunelm?
If you'd like to return your latest Dunelm order, you have up to 28 days from the date of purchase to send your item back free of charge. All returned items must be in an unused condition with all tags still attached. Please include your proof of receipt to receive your full refund.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

How do we make money?
