Does Marks and Spencer deliver food in the UK?
You can have your M&S food shop delivered to you through their partnership with Ocado. Hampers, cakes, and wine can also be delivered directly through Marks and Spencers; please note that your delivery charge is dependent on your order.
When is the next Marks and Spencer furniture sale?
Marks and Spencer home items do often go on sale. The sales can be found during big seasonal events, like Black Friday to specific category sales. You can keep up with every sale right here and when you sign up for the M&S newsletter.

What is M&S Sparks?
Sparks is M&S’s customer reward scheme. To join, you download the M&S app and sign up. You can access your Sparks card and offers straight from the app, or you can request a physical card. You will receive regular personalised offers through your Sparks account on the app.
What is M&S’s return policy?
Marks & Spencer’s standard return policy is 35 days from purchase
and applies to online and in-store purchases. Sale items are 14 days from purchase. You’ll get a full refund if the item is unused, in its original packaging with brand tags attached, and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return furniture items, you have 14 days starting the day after the delivery day of the product. Do note that there is a collection charge for furniture items of £25.

What if my voucher code doesn’t work?

How do we make money?
