Jennifer Lopez’s California mansion is back on the market

The pop singer and TV star has recently reduced her Hidden Hills property by nearly $5 million

Jennifer Lopez’s California home is back on the market for a reduced price of $12.5 million (that’s £8.8 million to us Brits!).

She bought the hidden hills home with former husband Marc Anthony and has been trying to sell it since 2015. Originally, the stunning 17,129-square-foot traditional-style home was listed at $17million, but since then she’s had to drop the price considerably to a more modest $12.5 million.

Lopez recently started her Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and with her busy TV schedule on American Idol she’s probably keen to shift the home as quickly and as fuss-free as possible.

The nine bedroomed property is located in the Ashley Ridge section of the equestrian community, a bedroom neighborhood of Los Angeles.

In addition to the nine bedrooms, there are 13 bathrooms, a formal living and dining rooms, a large open-plan kitchen and adjoining family room that opens to the outdoor living room and pool area.

The master suite has an additional sitting room, a private terrace and master bathroom. There is also an entertainment wing separated by a breezeway from the main house. This wing contains a bar, game area, a 20-seat cinema room, gym, dance studio, kitchenette, dressing room, recording studio with sound booth, beauty salon and large guest suite.

Outside is the pool and spa, long brick driveway, large expanses of grassy lawn, children’s play area, outdoor kitchen, mature plantings and access to riding trails. Her neighbours include Kim Kardashian and Jessica Simpson.

Jennifer Lopez’s work, live and play Hidden Hills estate is listed by Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, and Tomer Fridman of Ewing Sotheby’s International Realty.
