  • Never content to sit on its laurels, culinary expert Joseph Joseph brings out its latest collection of innovative accessories

Here at Livingetc, we’re big fans of both celebrating birthdays (not a week goes by without a cake being cut and champagne corks popping round the office) and feasting our eyes on the latest products designed to make our lives that teeny bit easier.

Unsurprisingly, when we learnt that siblings Richard and Antony Joseph had announced the 10th anniversary of their company Joseph Joseph by releasing some more fabulous kitchen utensils and accessories, we were thrown into a bit of a feeding frenzy.

All the designs are additions to the 100 Collection, a beautifully designed range made from top-quality materials.

First up is this Index 100 chopping board.

Featuring four large, knife-friendly and non-slip surfaces, each board has been colour-coded and fitted with an index-style tab to reduce the likelihood of food cross-contamination. Complete with its sleek stainless-steel case, the Index 100 is priced at £75.

The next item to whet our style appetite is the Bread Bin 100, also priced at £75, which features a beech lid that doubles-up as a chopping board. Now that’s what we call cutting edge.

And just to add some fullsome flavour to our kitchen essentials, we’ve plumped for the super-stylish Rocker 100 stainless-steel garlic crusher, £19, designed to be easily cleaned beneath a running tap.

Practical, simple to use and brilliantly designed, the Joseph Joseph collection continues to make our mouth water. Happy birthday, chaps…
