Meet a fresh new talent in interiors

Here's inspiration from Rebecca Nee, the fifth interiors expert from our Lenor Fresh Talent panel

Rebecca Nee

We’ve scoured the industry for rising stars and were thrilled to discover a talented young stylist. ‘Even as a teenager, I was obsessed with interiors magazines’ says Rebecca, 25. After studying Product Design at university, Rebecca interned at Ideal Home and fell in love with interiors. ‘It was perfect – styling was all my favourite things combined.’

Rebecca continued to help out at Ideal Home while doing an internship at The Design Museum, and eventually decided on a career in styling. One day I realised I was really frustrated that my only involvement was behind the scenes. I decided to quit and pursue my dream of styling for magazines instead.

Rebecca went freelance and has since styled makeover shoots for magazines and worked on shoots for big commercial clients. ‘Styling lets me explore different looks and decorate without changing my own home! It’s my dream job, she explains.

You can see Rebecca’s recent projects on her website: as well as in our Create a Bright Bedroom with Candy Colours gallery.
