Bhs launch new Skandi lighting range

The high street giant has unveiled a new lighting collection featuring neutral tones and pale wood

Bhs has launched a new Scandinavian-inspired lighting collection.

The new range is awash with pale wood, neutral colours and metal framed lamps – all of which would look perfect in a pared-down room scheme.

Housetohome has already been eyeing up the collection. We love the Erika pendant lamp – its simple design looks effortlessly chic. We are also big fans of the Waldon lamp – a Skandi-style take on the traditional desk light.

Bhs based their new collection on the Skandi trend, but also on the idea that oversized lighting adds warmth to an interior scheme. Suzanne Beechey, Divisional Buying Manager at Bhs said: “This season’s Skandi lighting combines large sculptural statement pieces in a mix of wood and metal, in a soft neutral palette for a fresh new look. With many homes now influenced by the pared-back Scandinavian aesthetic, oversized lighting is key to adding warmth and depth to your interior.”
